"Wattleton Farmstay" - Terms and Conditions 

"Wattleton Farmstay"  is a family operated business that strives to ensure your stay is comfortable, peaceful and memorable.


So you can make an informed decision about staying at "Wattleton Farmstay" we have endeavoured to provide you, on both our website and brochures, with all the relevant information regarding the accommodation and what we have to offer. These Terms and Conditions  are designed to make it quite clear, at the time of booking your accommodation, the responsibilities we both have. We provide exceptional accommodation and we want you to fully understand the nature of your commitment particularly concerning cancellations and damages.



The tariff is subject to alteration without notice. Please do not hesitate to contact us for a firm quote.



A deposit is payable by direct bank credit. This deposit will confirm your booking at the tariff quoted.



Cash payment only. EFTPOS IS NOT AVAILABLE.  



We appreciate 2 weeks notice if you need to cancel your booking.


Check in & Check out

Check in time is after 2pm, Check out is prior to 10am. However, through prior arrangements, these times can be varied.


We excel to present "Wattleton Farmstay" in a clean and tidy state and we expect the premises to be left in a clean and tidy state. 



We welcome children however we do expect parents to be fully responsible and ensure that their children are supervised at all times during their stay at "Wattleton".


Accidental Breakage and/or Damage

Whilst we realise accidents will occur, we reserve the right to charge guests with the costs of replacement or repair. We are committed to present the self contained cottage to the following guests in the same condition that it was presented to you.


It is a condition of occupancy that guests report any breakages and/or damage to property, furnishings and fittings. It is also a condition of occupancy that guests attempt to ‘make good’ those breakages and/or damages.



Pets are definitely not permitted.



Definitely no smoking in the cottage.


"Wattleton" is a 600 hectare sheep & cattle property. The land is undulating and rocky in parts, dams are located on the property, and livestock graze the property. We expect you to take due precautions when walking near the dams, near electric fences and near the animals, or moving across slippery grass and rocks. We expect parents to be responsible and supervise their children in relation to the hazards.
